Greys Anatomy makes me cry...

every week! I mean everything about the show is phenomenal. The music is superior too! Glad Sandra Oh (Christina) won that Goldie Globe - she's my favorite, well she and Meredith. The show is groundbreaking in so many ways... most inspirational for me is that the creator and executive producer is a Black woman who right at this very moment is opening doors for people like me...Thank You, Ms Rhimes!

Had a family party last night to celebrate my cousins retirement. It was at Nobu-NYC. I love the food at Nobu so I was front and center. See, I am one of those flaky people who often decides at the very last second that I "changed my mind." Come to think of it..I have been motivated a lot lately (ya know, to actually follow through on my planned plans.:) ) Wondering to myself if its the recent Buddhist practice I have begun. It has been remarkable for me. Without sounding like a robot...I really do see and feel the benefits of the practice. AHHHHHHHHHH! I sound like a robot! But anyway I do. So, it is what it is, i guess. Anyway, back to the party. So we get there and are waiting for my cousin to arrive. Oh, its a surprise, I forgot to mention. SO anyway, while we wait who do I bump into but one of the most influential men in music waiting to be seated. So he comes over and says hello to me. I know him. I used to work for him indirectly in the past. Make a long story short he is interested in me working for his very successful company. I am not sure if I can deal with going to the same place day in and day out (Done many times b4 and ALWAYS hated it)! I like my freedom to travel all over the world while on a project.. I'm a consultant so I work for myself, from wherever I might be and I make very good $$...well, I just started to so....would I be being greedy to do that plus my own consulting. (No question mark needed-its rhetorical.) :) Vamos a Ver.
